TEVA SANDALS AND SHOES SHIPPING POLICY
We offer 3 different methods of delivery. 1) Best Ground - UPS Ground Service or USPS Priority, 3 to 10 business days; 2) 2 Day via UPS only; 3) Next Day via UPS only. There are additional charges for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
All orders requesting 2nd Day or Next Day delivery will be shipped the same business day, if and only if, the order is received by 12:00 p.m. Arizona Standard Time. The orders that miss the noon deadline will be shipped the following business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii will take 1-2 additional business days. All orders requesting Best Ground service will be shipped for delivery within 3 to 10 business days from the day the order was placed.

TEVA SANDALS AND SHOES RETURN POLICY
Returns or exchanges are permitted, provided the customer purchased the product through our mail order, call center, or website and it is within 60 days of the original invoice date.
Shoes must be free of wear and tear and must be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed. Dirty shoes will be returned to the customer, without evaluation.
Shipping charges are not refundable. All exchanges will be shipped via surface delivery at no charge to the customer.
Please refer to the back of your invoice for the required return form.
All packages should be sent via a trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation, UPS, or Federal Express. Teva is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
