ONESHARE.COM SHIPPING POLICY
OneShare.comŪ uses the best method available to ship your order. We primarily use United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship your Gift of Equity. We do encourage the use of your place of employment for shipment to assure proper, timely delivery if you are not at home during normal business hours. We ship using the UPS Ground service from our framing facility in San Francisco, please allow up to seven (7) business days for delivery.
At the time of shipment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment from UPS, which will include a tracking number. This tracking number will enable you to track your gift until it reaches its intended destination. Tracking can be done at the UPS website.
If you need your order shipped to a PO BOX, we will ship using the US Post Office (USPS). USPS does supply a Delivery Confirmation number which we will e-mail you for the US only but, currently does not have door-to-door tracking. Delivery Confirmation is not available for orders outside the US. Military addresses (APO/FPO) are shipped USPS only.

ONESHARE.COM RETURN POLICY
If you need to return an item, please contact us via email or telephone, Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM Pacific Standard Time.
If an item is being returned due to shipping damage, OneShare.comŪ Customer Service will issue a "call-tag" from UPS. Items shipped to domestic addresses will be retrieved within three (3) to five (5) business days. Please contact Customer Service for the return of items shipped outside of the Continental US.
For all other returns, simply indicate the reason for your return, include the original packing slip, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
